Is estate work covered by a standard residential settlement quote?
No. Estate-related title work and non-standard transfers need a separately defined scope and quote. We will confirm the assistance available and applicable costs before you decide whether to engage us.
Does a property transfer enquiry include obtaining probate?
No. An enquiry about settlement or title work does not include a probate application or estate administration. Tell us if you also need that assistance so the appropriate scope and provider can be discussed separately.
Can I discuss my settlement in Arabic?
Yes. English and Arabic support is available. Let us know your preferred language when you enquire.
Can you help with a property outside Perth?
