- Can I ask for a quote before signing a contract?
- Yes. Tell us that you are still looking or making an offer. We will confirm what assistance is available and any separate scope and fees for a contract review.
- What if I am buying and selling at the same time?
- Select buying and selling in the form and tell us any dates you know. We can discuss the coordination required and quote for each transaction.
- Do I need to know the exact property value?
- An estimate helps us understand the transaction. If the price is not agreed yet, choose the option to provide it later.
- Does an enquiry appoint you to act?
- No. We first confirm scope, fees and engagement arrangements. An enquiry does not protect a deadline. Please call if time is short.
