Who publishes this website?
Rothschild and Associates Pty Ltd, trading as Rothschild Group, publishes this website. Our principal is Farris Faris, an Australian solicitor based in Perth. Publication under the firm’s name does not mean that every page has received a separate personal review by the principal.
Where does the information come from?
Our current guides link to relevant primary sources, including the Department of Home Affairs, Australian Government foreign-investment guidance, the Australian Taxation Office and Western Australian government agencies. These sources let readers check the underlying requirements and announcements.
Legislation and applicable legal instruments determine the legal requirements. Departmental webpages explain administration and policy; they do not replace the law. Where eligibility, an exception or a deadline matters to your decision, obtain advice on the current requirements and your documents.
What does the update date mean?
An “Updated” date identifies a change to the page. It is not a promise that rules will remain unchanged, that every source changed on that date or that a solicitor has approved your particular circumstances. We identify former programs and archived material separately from current pathways.
How is drafting assistance used?
Digital tools, including AI-assisted research and drafting, may help prepare and organise material. They are not sources of legal authority. The linked government sources and the qualifications stated in the text matter more than a generated summary.
How should you use our guidance?
Start with the short answer, read the qualifications and follow the official references. A visa subclass name, an investment amount or a relationship label alone does not establish eligibility. We avoid fixed processing promises and refer readers to current government information for changing charges and timeframes.
