Closed investor program
The Business Innovation and Investment Program and subclass 188 closed permanently to new applications on 31 July 2024. Subclass 888 may remain relevant only to qualifying existing or legacy clients. Passive investment, company ownership or property purchase does not create an Australian visa entitlement.
