Australian market entry and immigration planning

A coordinated entry plan for Middle Eastern founders, investors, family offices and businesses considering an Australian presence—without blurring the boundaries between legal, tax, financial and investment advice.

Overview

Sequence matters.

A business acquisition, company registration, investment or property purchase does not itself create Australian visa eligibility. The immigration pathway must be assessed independently and early enough to influence the wider market-entry plan.

We map who needs to travel, work or relocate; which activities can lawfully occur on each visa; how the Australian entity and roles are expected to operate; and where specialist corporate, tax, foreign-investment, finance or property advice is required.

Rothschild Group provides immigration legal strategy and coordinates with separately engaged, appropriately qualified professionals. We do not present an investment product or promise a migration outcome in return for capital.

Common questions

Clear starting points

Frequently asked questions.

Can I establish an Australian company while living overseas?
Business establishment and your personal visa position are separate questions. Before committing, check the business structure, intended activities, immigration requirements and any foreign-investment or tax issues with the appropriate advisers.
Do business meetings require a work visa?
The correct permission depends on what you will do. Some meetings and negotiations may fit business-visitor activities. Employment or services for an Australian business require a different assessment.
Can Rothschild Group coordinate with my other advisers?
Yes. We address immigration and legal strategy and coordinate with your tax, financial, foreign-investment and property advisers where required. Each specialist remains responsible for advice within their professional scope.

Important

Migration advice is not investment advice.

We do not recommend financial products, predict investment returns or give tax advice unless a separately identified, appropriately authorised professional is engaged to do so. Australian visa decisions remain independent of any investment’s performance.
